GENERAL INFORMATION

-For Real Estate Agents-

  • We are available all day to answer any questions you or your client may have (even after hours)!

  • You or your client can chat with us using the chat bubble on our website.

    • Within the chat, you or your client can send us photos of anything they may be worried about in a home before putting in an offer.

  • We have eKEY access so you won't need to unlock any doors for us (unless there is no lockbox)!

  • If your clients want to pay at closing, we can work with them! 

    • There is a "payment at closing fee."​

    • The buyers will be charged within a few days if the contract is terminated.

  • We can schedule an inspection within three days (sometimes the same/next day).

  • The report is usually sent out the same day as the inspection, however, our guarantee is within 24 hours.

    • Our reports take a little more time since they are so detailed!

  • We do presentations for first-time and experienced buyers! Contact us and we would love to have one of our inspectors speak at your meeting! 

  • If you would like to do any fun educational videos for social media with one of our inspectors, contact us!
