For buyers to truly understand the condition of the home, they need a thorough inspection and a detailed report. Our reports are unique and filled with descriptive explanations and recommendations! Kevin performed an inspection for us just prior to our 1 year warranty expiration on our new home. He was so thorough and took the time to explain all of the bigger issues that he found. The report that he followed up with the next day completely exceeded my expectations. Very specific descriptions, pictures and videos along with links to industry resources to learn more.
